摘要
目的 建立醒脑注射液的质量标准。方法 采用TLC法对处方中冰片、薄荷脑、石菖蒲、广藿香进行鉴别 ;采用GC法测定醒脑注射液中麝香酮的含量。色谱柱以硅酮 (OV 1 7)为固定相 ,涂布浓度 2 % ,柱温为 (2 0 0± 1 0 )℃ ,SPD 1 0AVP检测器。结果 在TLC色谱中检出冰片、薄荷脑、石菖蒲、百秋李醇 ;麝香酮在 1 9 5 2~ 97 6 0mg·L-1 范围内呈现良好的线性关系 ,r =0 9994 (n =5 ) ,平均回收率为 99 31 % ,RSD =2 75 % (n =5 )。结论 所建立的方法对处方中各组分可准确、快速地进行定性。
Aim To establish the quality standards for XingNao Injection. Methods The technique of TLC was used to identify borneol, mint camphor, sweet flag, patchouli. The technique of GC was used to determine Muscone in Xingnao injection. The conditions the detection were: silicon(OV 17) as solid phase in chromatographic, column 2% spreading concentratiuon, column temperature at 200±10℃,SPD-10A VP detector. Results Muscone showed a good linear relationship at a range of 19 52~97 60 mg·L -1 , r= 0 9994( n= 5). The average recovery was 99 31%, and RSD was 2 75%. Conclusion The methods are simple, sensitive, accurate with a good reproductivity bility. The methods may be used as a quality control standard of the drug.
