摘要
近些年来 ,随着中小学心理健康教育开展的深入 ,各地各学校逐渐探索出了一些行之有效的心理健康教育途径 ,在很大程度上解决了学生成长中的一些心理问题。这其中有一方面还远未被重视 ,那就是学生心理健康的自我教育能力。
In recent years, some effective ways of psychological health education have been discovered,which worked well.But one important aspect,that is ,the students'self education ability in psychological health,was ignored.
