摘要
农业是社会稳定和发展的保证。毛泽东一直非常重视农业 ,把农业作为国民经济的基础 ,时刻关注着农业的发展。在不同的历史时期 ,制定出各种不同的发展农业生产的方针政策 ,采用各种不同的鼓励发展农业生产的方法措施 ,努力推动促进农业生产的发展 ,调动农民生产的积极性 ,生产大量的农副产品 ,为革命和建设提供物质保证。特别是新中国成立后 ,毛泽东总结提出“农业八字宪法” ,对现在和将来农业生产的发展 ,都具有极其重要的。
Agriculture is the guarantee of social stability and development. Mao Zedong had been attaching importance to agriculture and focusing on the development of agriculture, regarding it as the foundation of our national economy.For the different periods of the history of our party, Mao Zedong had drawn up some different policies and adopted some diversity measures for encouraging the development of agricultural production so as to mobilize the enthusiasm of farmers and finally to provide material guarantee for the revolution and the construction. Especially after the founding of new China, Mao Zedong summed up “the Constitution of Eight Words for Agriculture” as our fundamental policy for agriculture development, which is most important and has long-term guiding function for both present and future development of agricultural production.
