摘要
目的 探讨采用血管内反推力牵引术经静脉途经对起搏器电极导线拔除的效果。方法 对3支植入时间分别为15年、9年、半年的电极导管用不同类型的锁定钢丝进行血管内反推力牵引法拔除,采用上腔静脉途经对2支起搏器电极导线进行拔除和下腔静脉途径拔除1支电极导线。结果 2支电极导线完整拔出,1支顶端电极残留,无并发症及术后无感染。
Objective To introduce intravascular countertraction technique for lead extraction via vena approach.Methods Intravascula countertrraction techniques were used to extract 3 infected pacing leads,2 of the 3 leads were extracted via superior vena cava approach and the another one via inferior vena cava approach.
