摘要
沙林和梭曼是毒性很强的有机磷神经毒剂,它们的共同特点是对胆碱酯酶(AchE)都有很强的抑制作用.研究沙林和梭曼的中和机理,具有一定的理论和实际意义.解析其质谱,对研究核除剂机理具有指导意义.较详细地描述了离子碎裂的机理,如氢的迁移、碳链的重排.沙林和梭曼断键的位置和碎片的相对丰度主要受键能以及各种稳定化作用的影响,如p-π共轭效应、共振效应、空间效应等.
Sarin (ο-Isopropyl methylphosphonofluoridate) and Soman (ο-Pinacolyl methylphos-phonofluoridate) are very poisonous agents, and strongly restraining acetylcholinesterase(AChE) are their common characteristic. It is important to study the neutralization mechanism of Sarin and Soman. Studying their mass spectrum may offer illumination for neuclear agent-defeating mechanism to some extent .
