摘要
基于离子阱质谱的特殊结构和性质,对乙醇在阱内发生自身化学电离反应(SCI)进行了研究.探讨了乙醇不同进样量与生成产物碎片离子间的变化关系和反应机理.结果显示,阱内乙醇浓度较高时其分子离子加和产物丰度显著增加,这与乙醇分子的结构特点和离子阱结构的特殊性密切相关.同时,还探讨了乙醇离子阱质谱图与通常使用商品化NIST谱库比较获得匹配率低的原因,这在小分子化合物中具有一定代表性.
Based on the special characteristic of ion trap mass spectrometer, self-chemical ionization (SCI) reactions of low-mass compounds, such as ethanol, were studied. The injec- tion quantity of ethanol would influence product ions, which could induce the change of mass spectra. The reaction mechanisms were discussed. And the result showed that the abundance of ion-molecule reaction products increased with the increase of ethanol quantity. This would cause certain change of types and abundance of fragment ions. This study reveals the particu- larity of the ion trap mass spectra of alcohol. Using the ion trap mass spectra to match quadrupole mass spectral reference library could not give satisfactory results and the under- standing spectrum difficultly even to be defeated were clarified here, which was representative to many low-mass compounds.
