摘要
结合空中预警系统在现代高技术条件下战争中担负的任务,对空中预警系统的战技术指标进行了深入分析,提出了空中预警系统的综合作战效能评价指标体系。用AHP和模糊理论(FU ZZY)相结合的方法,对空中预警系统的综合作战效能进行评价,最后给出了一个计算实例。给出的空中预警系统综合评价指标体系与方法,对发展、改进和完善各类空中预警系统,充分发挥其综合作战效能具有重要参考价值。
We deeply analyse AFWS s operational and technical index and bring forward a comprehensive combat effectiveness evaluation index model of Airborne Early Warning System(AEWS).We apply the fuzzy set method and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) to assess the comprehensive combat effectiveness of AEWS.In the end,we provide an example.The method of comprehensive evaluation in this paper is very important in developing,improving and perfecting various AEWS,and it can promote the full exertion of combat effectivines...
