摘要
为了履行联合国《全面禁止核实验条约》规定的义务,中国地震局、中国人民解放军总装备部和中华人民共和国外交部联合发文决定在兰州市西南15km的大尖山上修建地震台阵。兰州大尖山地震台阵于2001年6月26日开工建设,于2002年1月1日投入运行。地震台阵的建成不仅履行了中国政府在联合国《全面禁止核实验条约》中承担的义务,还进一步改善了甘肃省和兰州市及其周边地区微震活动的监测能力。
The Lanzhou Dajianshan Seismic Array(PS13) is established in accordance with the Comprehensive Nuclear - Test - Ban Treaty(CTBT) . It lies on the Dajian Mountain,15km away at southwest from Lanzhou city.The construction projectwat started at 26 June 2001, and after 5 months, it was fuffieled at 26 November 2001. since the Lanzhou Dajianshan Seismic Array started operat,it has been indicate that Chinese government hae performed CTBT very well.At the same time,capacity of monitoring seismic has been enhanced in Gansu province and surrounding area of Lanzhou .
