摘要
以红薯茎叶为原料,对其所含功能性成分进行浸提,通过正交试验确定了合适的饮料配方,研究了饮料活性保持最好的加工工艺,从而研制出功能性保持最佳、风味良好的红薯茎叶功能性饮料。
stems and leaves of sweet potato are used as raw material,the functional matter in which is extracted,appropriate formula is obtained by the orthogonal test,then study the effect of producing process on the beverage activity,functional beverage of sweet potato stems and leaves is produced,which keeps optimum function and good flavor.
