摘要
进入新世纪的今天,民营企业正面临着新的机遇和挑战,竞争变得更为激烈,仅仅依靠机制灵活而获取大量市场机会的时代已不复存在。较多民营企业在战略管理、决策程序、技术创新能力等方面存在不足,而这些突出的问题又集中体现在企业内部人力资源管理的滞后上。如何解决这些问题已成为民营企业在新世纪发展的当务之急和关键所在。该文探讨了民营企业在人力资源管理方面所存在的问题及其解决这些问题的思路。
