摘要
应用型大学在英语师资、生源及其他条件方面等都有自己的特点,其现状更迫切地要求英语教师从知识灌输者转变成学生学习过程中的兴趣激发者、活动组织者、评估者和知识传授者。应用型大学的英语教师只有尽快地实现角色转变,才能保证大学英语教学改革的顺利进行。
applied colleges are different from other types of colleges in that they don′t possess favorable teaching resources,top students or other advanced teaching facilities,which urgently requires college English teachers to transform from cramming teachers to Motivators,Organizers,Assessors and Informants.Only when these college English teachers assume these roles well can the success of the college English teaching reform be ensured.
