摘要 目的:观察不同程度的均匀性脂肪肝对肝动脉阻力指数的影响。方法:应用超声多普勒技术,检测90例脂肪肝患者的肝动脉阻力指数,并通过统计学方法分析其与脂肪肝病变程度的相关性。结果:中、重度脂肪肝的肝动脉阻力指数明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肝动脉阻力指数能够从一定程度上反映脂肪肝的病变程度,脂肪肝病变越重,肝动脉阻力指数降低越明显。
