摘要
本文通过对沈阳市和平地区14-16岁青少年犯罪情况的调研,概括出青少年违法犯罪的主要特征,分析了他们违法犯罪的心理成因,并在此基础上提出了切实可行的预防对策。本文作者号召全社会重视青少年违法犯罪问题,采取有效措施予以解决,为构建和谐社会奠定良好的社会基础。
Based on the study of 14-16 year-old juvenile delinquency at Hep-ing District of Shenyang City, the paper summarized the main features of juvenile delinquency, analyzed the psychological causes of their crimes, and on then put forward practical preventive measures. The author called on the whole community to pay attention to juvenile delinquency problems and take effective measures to solve the problems. To lay a solid social foundation for building a harmonious society.
