摘要
青少年犯罪是当今世界各国普遍面临的社会问题 ,进入二十一世纪以来 ,我国坚持对青少年犯罪实行综合治理 ,虽然控制了青少年犯罪增长的势头 ,但是由于一些因素的影响 ,青少年违法犯罪问题在一些地方仍然很突出 ,并呈继续上升的发展趋势。本文就近年来青少年犯罪的典型事例 ,结合相关数据 ,从心理失衡的角度 ,谈青少年犯罪的根本原因 ,并提出一些预防措施。
Juvenile delinquency is a social problem for all the countries in the world. In the 21st century, our country insists on dealing with the problem in a comprehensive way. Although it does work to some degree, it is still rampant in some areas and has the rising tendency because of certain factors. This paper, in terms of teenagers' mental unbalance, discusses the root causes of the juvenile delinquency through the analysis of some typical cases with relevant data, and put forward some preventive measures.
