摘要
目的探讨肾上腺髓质脂肪瘤(Adrenalmyelolipom a,AML)的临床特点,提高AML诊治水平。方法对19例经病理学证实的AML患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并结合文献复习就其发病情况、临床表现、诊断、病理组织学特点、治疗和预后进行讨论。结果14例患者无任何临床症状,3例有腰部胀痛,1例有高血压。13例行开放手术,6例行腹腔镜下手术。病理检查均显示肿瘤由成熟脂肪细胞和骨髓造血细胞组成。结论绝大多数AML为偶发瘤,影像学检查有助于术前诊断,确诊需病理证实,腹腔镜下手术治疗是首选。
Objective Our aim was to probe into the clinical characteristics of adrenal myelolipoma(AML),and improve the(diagnosis) and treatment of AML.Methods 19 patients with AML were reviewed.The episode condition,clinical situation,diagnosis,pathological(features) and treatment were discussed in the literature.Results 14 patients had no symptoms,except 3 patients accompanying flank pain and 1 patient accompanying hypertension.13 patients were performed by open operation,and 6 were performed by laparoscope operation.The pathological examination showed that the tumor consists of mature fat cells and hematopoietic elements.Conclusion The(incidence) of AML is low.Imaging examination is helpful for pre-operative diagnosis of AML,but final diagnosis depends on pathological examination.Laparoscope operation is a new tendency of treatment for AML.
