摘要
文章阐述了学报审稿过程出现的审稿不认真,过分依赖专家,审稿意见千篇一律等问题。为了解决这些问题,必须加强编辑自身的审稿能力,全面提高审稿人的素质,充实及优化审稿人队伍。
The paper presents some problems in examining manuscripts as follows,readers are careless in their work and depend on the experts too much and have no different views on examining manuscripts.It also discusses how to improve the editors' abilities and qualities and enriches and majorizes examining manuscripts readers fully to solve these problems.
