摘要
本文立足于全国大学英语改革的新趋势和计算机网络教学的大趋势,依托英语改革仍然处于初级阶段的实际情况,论述了学生在基于计算机和网络英语教学中的作用以及学生充分发挥主观能动性重新定位的原则和特点。把学生的作用纳入现代科学发展中去重新定位．并进一步从理论上论证这一观点。
The essay is positioned by the new trend of national college English reform and the great trend of cyber-net teaching, relying on the fact that English teaching refonn is at the primary stage. The essay discusses students re-position in cyber-net English teaching and learning, its principles and characteristics. The students re-position is put into the modem scientific development, which has been further proved in theory.
