摘要
欧盟的运输政策经历了四个发展阶段,即:1957—1985年,以“罗马条约”为标志的起步阶段;1985—1991年,以1985年“建成统一市场白皮书”为标志的发展阶段;1992—2000年,以1992年“未来共同运输政策发展白皮书”为标志的修订阶段;2001年以后,以“欧洲运输政策新白皮书”为标志的完善阶段。文章分别介绍了以上各阶段的运输政策框架,并根据其经验和教训,总结出对我国的启示。
The development of EU s transport policy can be divided into four phases: the period between 1957 and 1985;the period between 1985 and 1991;the period between 1992 and 2000;and the period since 2001.The paper introduces the main content of each development phases of EU s transport policy.On the basis of introduction,the paper concludes some measures for the development of transport policy of our country from the experience of EU.
