摘要
国际社会对环境与贸易之间关系的关注,是以可持续发展为标志的发展观的变化以及由此引起的绿色浪潮为背景的。随着中国加入WTO,世界经济贸易一体化,传统的非关税壁垒被逐步削减,绿色贸易壁垒以其鲜明的时代特征日益成为国际贸易发展的主要关卡。在突破绿色贸易壁垒方面我国还存在哪些问题?如何应对绿色贸易壁垒对我国国际贸易市场造成的障碍,如何利用绿色贸易壁垒建立我国的绿色防线,作者针对这些问题作了分析。
The deep concern on the relationship between environment and trade in the international community is showed at the background of the conception of sustainable development and its spin-off——green trade. With China＇s entry into WTO and the integration of economic and trade, the traditional non-tariff barriers are cutting down gradually. For its distinctive features of times, the green barrier is becoming a checkpoint of international trade. What problems do we have in breaking through the green trade barrier？ How can we make use of the green trade barrier to build China＇s own green defence line？ The author will give a fine analysis to these problems in the following thesis.
