摘要
ICT产业在世界各国的迅猛发展已引起越来越多人的关注和研究,并不断丰富着传统产业组织理论。作为ICT产业中的代表性产业——计算机产业,近20年来该产业的市场结构变化特征是:从垂直一体化的垄断模式到水平层次的分散竞争,相应地,企业的竞争策略也发生了较大的变化,原来对抗式的竞争已被普遍存在的联盟网络取而代之。同时,跨越产业的竞争使得产业边界的定义变得模糊,竞争力量和垄断力量不断得到强化,ICT产业中的垄断与竞争已成为一对密切相关的范畴,这种状况的持续存在值得理论界和反垄断法执行机构进一步关注。
