摘要
我国民间对外交往日益频繁,跨国婚姻数量上升很快,与其他婚姻类型相比,跨国婚姻的离婚率最高。离婚案件的管辖权对离婚法律适用有着极为显著的影响,也是离婚法律程序的起点,并对离婚判决的承认和执行有直接影响,是涉外婚姻制度的重要组成部分。
The cross-nation marriage has become larger and larger in numbers because of increasing exchanges with foreigners among the people in our country.Compared with other marriages,cross-nation divorce rate is the highest.The jurisdiction of divorce cases have clear influence on the divorce laws adaptation and are also the starting point of the divorce law procedures.It is a main part of the system marriage involving foreigners and plays an important part in the judgement and carrying-out of divorce.
