摘要 目的探讨结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)和缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)发生、发展中的作用。方法采用免疫组化SABC法检测58份NSCLC组织(NSCLC组)和17份正常肺组织(对照组)中CTGF与HIF-1α蛋白的表达水平。结果NSCLC组CTGF表达阳性率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),HIF-1α表达阳性率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);NSCLC中CTGF和HIF-1α的表达与淋巴结转移密切相关,而与大体类型、分化程度、临床分期、组织类型、年龄和性别无明显相关性。结论CTGF和HIF-1α在NSCLC中的异常表达与肿瘤的生长和转移有关;检测肿瘤组织中CTGF和HIF-1α的表达有助于预测预后。 Objective To investigate the role of CTGF and HIF-1α in the genesis and development of non-small cell cancer(NSCLC).Methods The expression of CTGF and HIF-1α was detected in 58 lung cancer tissues and 17 normal lung tissues as control by immunohistochemical method.Results The expression positive rate of CTGF protein in the group of NSCLC tissues was significantly lower than that of the control(P<0.05),the positive rate of HIF-1α protein which was significantly higher than that of the control(P<0.05);t...
