摘要
针对国标GB5763-1998和定速摩擦测试仪测定制动摩擦材料在不同温度下的升温、降温摩擦因数和磨损率数据,应用模糊综合评价原理,提出了定量评价制动摩擦材料摩擦性能的方法,包括摩擦稳定性(摩擦因数与摩擦温度的关系)、综合磨损率(磨损率与摩擦温度的关系)和总摩擦性能评价。以一种低金属制动摩擦材料的摩擦性能评价为实例,验证了该方法的可行性。
A new comprehensive evaluation method for the friction performance measured by the procedure of GB 5763-1998 and tested by a tribotester with constant speed was proposed.The friction stability,friction coefficient varies as a function of temperature,the overall wear rate,wear changes as a function of temperature,and the total friction performance of the different brake friction materials can be quantitatively calculated by this evaluation method.As a case study the friction performance of the low-metallic b...
