摘要
机械功能微晶玻璃的最佳力学性能与最佳可加工性能所要求的工艺参数并不一致。通常情况下,微晶玻璃材料的硬度越高,其耐磨性越好,但机械加工性能将降低。对机械功能微晶玻璃的可加工性能、钻孔深度和力学性能进行了模糊综合评价,认为模糊综合评价在考虑机械功能微晶玻璃的实际加工状态时更具有科学性。
To machinable glass-ceramics, the best mechanical prpoperty correspond to the best machinablility. Usually, the higher hardness of glass-ceramics would lead to the better abradability and the worse machinablility. The machinablility of machinable glass-ceramics is evaluated by the methods of drilled depth and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for the aim of the best machinablility with the better mechanical prpoperty. The results show that the simple method of drilled depth gave the one-sided view, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation gave the scientific view from the reality machinable condition of machinable glass-ceramics.
