摘要
公务员监督模式有多种形式,但各有其局限,引咎辞职作为一种新的监督模式,被视为公务员监督的最后的稻草。本文结合公务员引咎辞职制度这一新制度探讨各种监督模式的优劣。
The superintendence mode of civil servants contains various forms,but each has its limits.Resign for the blame as a kind of new superintence mode,is seen as the last straw of civil servant superintendence.This text combines the system of civil servants resign for te blame and try to inquiry into the advantages and disadvantages of various superintendence models.
