摘要
目的:研究针刺对更年期脑缺血大鼠E_2水平及Bcl-2表达的影响。方法:选用自然更年期雌性SD大鼠,采用右侧大脑中动脉阻塞(MCAO)模型建立不同时间点脑缺血动物模型,电针刺治疗后,用放免法检测血清E_2水平,免疫组化检测脑组织Bcl-2表达。结果:针刺可以提高不同时间点更年期脑缺血模型大鼠血清E_2水平,上调Bcl-2表达。结论:针刺可能通过提高更年期脑缺血模型大鼠血清E_2水平,影响Bcl-2表达。
The aim of this research is to study the effect of acupuncture on level of estrogen in climactric rats and Bcl-2 protein expression. Some female climactric SD rats were chosen for this research.Methods: To set up models of cerebral ischemia anima 10000 at different points of time by MACO at right-sided brain.After electron-acupuncture treatment,the level of blood serum estradiol was checked by radioim- munity,Bcl-2 protein expression of brain tissue by immuno- histrochemistry.Results:Acupuncture can raise blood serum estradiol level of climatric rats of cerebral ischemia at different points of time and improve the Bcl-2 protein expression.So the conclusion is that the acupuncture is possible to raise the blood serum estradiol level of clima- tile rats of cerebral ischemia and effect the Bcl-2 protein expression.
