摘要
目的:观察背部特定腧穴低频脉冲电针刺治疗顽固性呃逆的疗效。方法:将顽固性呃逆患者110例分为2组,观察组55例,对照组55例。观察组给予背部特定腧穴低频脉冲电针刺治疗,对照组采用常规取穴及针刺手法治疗,两组每次治疗时间相同。结果:经统计学处理,两组治疗效果有明显差异,观察组明显优于对照组。结论:背部特定腧穴低频脉冲电针刺可以有效治疗顽固性呃逆,在取穴简便,方法独特,缩短病程及消除病人极大痛苦上充分发挥作用。
Objective：To observe efficacy of acupuncture with the low-frequency pulse-specific acupoints in treating intractable hiccups. Methods：110 patients with intractable hiccups were divided into two groups, the observation group 55 cases. Observation group was given the low-frequency electric pulse-specific acupuncture treatment, control group took conventional techniques acupoints and acupuncture treatment. Results： Statistically, there are significant differences. Conclusions： Specific back acupoints with low-frequency pulse electric acupuncture therapy can effectively treat intractable hiccups, the acupoints simple and unique approach to shorten the course and eliminate the patient’s agony.
