论述了培养大学生的创新能力是知识经济时代的要求,指出高校图书馆在培养大学生创新能力方面的中心作用及高校图书馆培养大学生创新能力的方法。
The article have expounded the fact that training the innovative ability of university students is a request of the era of knowledge-driven economy.It also explicated central functions and ways of university library in training university student's innovative ability.
