摘要
综合国内外资源型城市转型的相关理论与实践经验,对林业资源型城市现存问题及成因进行了分析,在转型的必要性、概念模型、内容体系、关键问题及政策措施等方面进行了研究,为林业资源型城市顺利转型与可持续发展提供理论依据与指导作用。
According to relevant theory and practical experience of resource-based cities,problems and reasons of forestry resource-based cities currently existed were analyzed.Issues related to transition were ivestigated from the aspects of necessity,concept model,content system,critical problem and measurements to provide theoratical basis and guidance for the sustainable development of these cites.
