摘要
对住宅小区的设计质量进行评价可以划分其等级、优选最优设计方案。通过分析国内外本领域的相关研究,建立了一套住宅小区设计质量评价指标体系;运用层次分析法确定了指标权重;叙述了建立住宅小区设计质量层次灰色评价模型的步骤;结合具体实例,运用本文所述方法对大连市某住宅小区的设计质量进行了评价。
With the help of the residential district design quality evaluation,the classification of the design quality can be built and the optimal design scheme can be chosen.By the analysis of the related field research both at home and abroad,a set of index system for residential district design quality is established.The index weight is confirmed by the method of AHP.The steps for the building of the hierarchy gray evaluation model of residential district design quality are described.The application of the model is demonstrated in a case of a residential district in Dalian.
