摘要
为正确评价抗腐霉利的灰葡萄孢的生物学特性和竞争能力,用4株诱导的抗腐霉利突变株及其原始敏感菌株进行比较试验。结果表明:各抗性菌株之间生物学特性有显著差异,但菌丝生长速率、产孢能力和致病力并不随抗药性的增加而增强或减弱。用诱导的抗性突变株和敏感菌株分生孢子混合接种,分析抗性菌株的竞争能力。结果表明:抗性菌株的竞争力易发生变异,有的抗性菌株竞争力比其原始菌株强,有的比其原始菌株弱。菌株竞争能力未显示出随抗药性变化而变化的趋势。
In an attempt to obtain reliable evaluation for characteristics and competition of procymidone-resistance Botry- tis cinerea Pers.isolates,comparison among 4 resistant mutants to procymidone and their primary isolates was performed.
