摘要
低压电器产品中的关键导电件,如双金组件、线圈结构组件、导电系统组件以及各种触头,在生产过程中大多使用点焊、凸焊、电阻钎焊等方法。针对不同的材料、技术要求和客户条件如何合理地选择焊接方法,本文从不同角度,解决了该问题。同时,对保证焊接质量、矫正焊接变形以及消除内应力,均做出了不同的诠释。
