摘要
本文系统介绍了1000MW汽轮发电机制造过程中电阻钎焊技术的应用。其中包括设备选用、钎料选择、工艺参数的确定、阻流剂的应用等。研究结果表明电阻钎焊对于大型发电机部件尤其是软连接有明显的优越性。
This dissertation introduces the applications of resistance brazing technology in manufacturing process of 1000MW turbine generator, including equipment selection, selection of solder, determination of process parameters and flow blocking agent application etc. The results show that resistance brazing for large generator parts(especially soft connection) has obvious advantages.
