摘要
随着教育改革的不断深入,高校在教育管理中的决策环境、决策内容、决策主体以及决策方式发生了很大的变化,构建高校决策智囊系统,完善高校决策体系已显得非常必要。在构建该决策智囊系统时,其组织构成可考虑将刚性组织与柔性组织两部分结合起来;其功能定位应注意研究与实践相结合;在它的运行保障方面,高校要在人员、经费、信息与科学技术等方面给予大力支持。
With the deepening of educational reform, great changes have taken place in environment, content, subject and wayof decision-making in the educational management in colleges and universities. It is very necessary to build a decision-making brain-power system in colleges and universities and perfect the decision-making system. In building this system, its organization shouldconsist of inflexible organization and flexible organization, and its function should emphasize the combination of research andpractice. In the meantime, university should encourage the function of the decision-making brain-power system in colleges anduniversities by providing personnel, fund, information and scientific technique.
