摘要
本文首先介绍了通信障碍的定义,描述了通信电源障碍导致的严重后果,然后围绕提高通信电源障碍防范能力,在总结实际维护经验和以往电源障碍教训基础上,从电源系统规划建设、工程割接、巡检维护等几个方面做了阐述。
This thesis introduces the definition of communication power supply failure ,describes its serious effects and raises possible countermeasures concerning how to improve the preventive ability of communication power supply failure. It focuses on such respects as the construction of power supply system planning,engineering cleft grafting,inspection and maintainence on the basis of previous experiences of practical maintaining and power supply failure.
