摘要
为合理确定综放采场工作面终采线的位置,以谢桥煤矿C_(13-1)煤一综放工作面为研究背景,采用相似材料模拟试验和现场测试,从煤层顶板运动、巷道煤层受力和位移、巷道深部位移、轨道上山支架受力、巷道支架受力和变形、工作面周期来压等方面,全面分析了综放采场走向围岩压力分布规律。结果表明,围岩压力峰值位置平均值为14.4m,超前影响距离平均值为66.8 m,在工作面前方平均29.2 m处,围岩矿压显现由缓和趋向剧烈,并将终采线位置确定在离轨道上山30 m处,比预先按传统设计的50 m缩短了20 m留设煤柱,经济效益十分显著。
