深部采煤工作面支承应力分布规律的采厚效应研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用理论分析、数值模拟和现场观测相结合的方法,对高家堡煤矿41103工作面深井煤层开采厚度变化过程中支承应力的分布规律进行了研究,结果表明:煤层由厚变薄条件下煤体的超前支承应力峰值位于工作面前方13 m左右,受采掘活动影响的超前距离为58 m;采厚变化区域应力变化速率加快,超前支承应力峰值增大,由38.7 MPa增加到46.2 MPa;工作面侧向支承应力峰值位于工作面前方12 m处的巷帮深部5~11 m内,应力集中系数达到2.4,需在超前支护的基础上在工作面前方12 m区域内加强支护。 By combining theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field observation,the distribution law of abutment pressure during the change of mining thickness in deep coal seam in 41103 working face of Gaojiabao Coal Mine was studied.The results show that the peak value of advance support stress of the coal body is within 13 m in front of the working face under the condition that the coal seam thins from thick,and the advance distance affected by the mining activities is 58 m;the rate of stress change in the mining thickness change area is accelerated,and the peak value of the pre-abutment pressure increases from 38.7 MPa to 46.2 MPa;the peak value of lateral support stress of working face is 12 m in front of working face,where is within 5 m to 11 m deep in the lane,the stress concentration coefficient reaches 2.4,and support shall be strengthened on the basis of advanced support within the area 12 m ahead of the working face.
