摘要
利用透射电镜和能谱分析研究了Al 4Cr 4Zr 2Ti(原子数分数 )合金急冷态和各种退火态的显微组织。急冷态为完全过饱和固溶体 ;35 0℃× 4h处理后 ,晶界出现连续析出相 ;45 0℃× 4h处理后 ,组织出现二种析出相 :晶界析出球状亚稳相Ll2 Al3(Zr,Ti) ,晶内析出针形稳定相Al13(Cr,Ti) ;5 5 0℃× 4h处理后 ,亚稳相Ll2 Al3(Zr,Ti)转变为稳定相DO2 3 Al3(Zr,Ti)。
The As spun and as annealed microstructures of rapidly solidified Al 4Cr 4Zr 2Ti(at%) alloy were studied by TEM and energy dispersive spectrum analysis(EDS). The microstructure of the as spun alloy is in the totally solid solution state. The results show that annealing at 350℃ for 4 h results in formation of continuous grain boundary precipitates(GBPs),annealing at 450℃×4 h results in the intergranular precipitation of needle Al 13 (Cr,Ti) 2 phase and the GBPs of globular Ll 2 Al 3(Zr,Ti)...
