摘要
1988年至1990年采用控制授粉株系循环法对BT型六千辛A、六千辛B和恢复系77302—1进行了提纯,排除了不育系群体中的同质恢和保持系群体中的恢复基因以及恢复系群体中的杂株,使不育系纯度达99.96%,保持系和恢复系纯度均达100%。利用此法能以较少投入生产大量原种。现已在江苏省泗洪县建成了我国南方最大的杂交粳稻种子生产基地。
From 1988 to 1990, the purification of BT-Liuqianxin A, Liuqianxin B and 77302-1 (R line)was conducted by the method of controlling pollination and Plant-to-line circle. The restoring plants with BT cytoplasm in A line population, the maintainer-line plants containing restoring genes in B line population, and the rogues in R line population were eliminated thoroughly.
