摘要
软件开发产业的迅速发展,供过于求的软件开发买方市场已经基本形成的背景下,基于网络的客户关系管理在解决企业和客户之间因交流不够而产生的问题,提高产品质量,实现客户服务与关怀,提高客户的满意度与忠诚度,发掘更多的潜在客户,对订单进行分析预测等具有重要的意义。文中试就CRM在软件开发企业的应用做初步的探讨。
The rapid growth of software development industry has led to the oversupply in the soft-development market.The web-based client's relationship management will play an important role in the communication between the enterprises and clients,the improvement of product quality and the clients' satisfaction and faithfulness,and the implement of the service and concern for clients.This paper made a primary exploration of the client's relationship management in the soft-developing corporation.
