摘要
近视是屈光不正最常见的疾病,其发生率在全球范围内呈逐年上升趋势,因此进一步探索近视发生发展的相关机制至关重要。近年来,光学离焦理论在近视防控中的作用越来越受关注。相关研究发现,眼球会对光学离焦刺激作出双向变化,并引起脉络膜结构和血流改变。现笔者将光学离焦对脉络膜结构的影响进行综述,以期为近视防控研究提供新的预测指标,为光学离焦镜片的优化设计提供理论依据。
Myopia is the most common disease of refractive error,and its incidence is increasing year by year globally.Therefore,further exploration of the mechanisms involved in the development of myopia is crucial.In recent years,the role of optical defocus theory in the prevention and control of myopia has gained more and more attention.Relevant studies have found that the eye will make bi-directional changes in response to optical defocus stimuli,leading to changes in choroidal structure and blood flow.The author now reviews the effects of optical defocus on choroidal structure,with a view to provide new predictive indicators for myopia prevention and control,and to provide the theoretical basis for the optimal design of optical defocus lenses.
