摘要
基于信息化作战条件对陆军船艇士官培养的要求,分析信息化作战条件下舰艇航海技术与管理专业士官培训模式的基本内涵,从制订人才培养方案、构建课程体系、运用不同教学方法、注重能力素质培养、加强师资队伍建设等方面提出创新舰艇航海技术与管理专业士官培训模式的具体措施.
According to the requirements of information warfare conditions for training NCO in naval vessels,this paper firstly analyzes the basic connotation of the training mode for NCO in naval navigation technology and management specialty under the condition of information warfare.Then,it puts forward several specific measures to innovate the training mode of NCO in naval techonology and management specialty from following aspects:formulating personnel training scheme,constructing curriculum system,applying different teaching methods,emphasizing ability and quality training,and strengthening the construction of teaching staff.
