摘要
目的 探讨腰椎间盘亚甲蓝注射、靶点射频联合银质针治疗盘源性腰痛(DLBP)的临床疗效.方法 收集2016年5月至2017年5月在桃源县人民医院疼痛科住院的DLBP患者50例,按照随机数字表法分为两组(n=25),联合银质针组采用椎间盘亚甲蓝注射、靶点射频联合银质针治疗,亚甲蓝射频组采用椎间盘亚甲蓝注射靶点射频治疗.以疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)和Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评价术前及术后1周、3个月、12个月时的临床疗效.结果 联合银质针组总有效率为96%(24/25例),显著高于亚甲蓝射频组的84%(21/25例)(P<0.05);与亚甲蓝射频组比较,联合银质针组术后1周、3个月、12个月VAS、ODI均显著降低(P<0.05).结论 腰椎间盘亚甲蓝注射、靶点射频联合银质针治疗可显著改善盘源性腰痛的治疗效果.
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of methylene blue lumbar intervertebral disc injection and target radiofrequency combined with silver needle for the treatment of discogenic low back pain(DLBP).Methods Fifty patients with DLBP,collected from May 2016 to May 2017 hospitalized in Department of Pain Medicine of Taoyuan County People's Hospital,were divided into two groups(n=25)using a random number table.In combined group,patients were treated with methylene blue lumbar intervertebral disc injection and target radiofrequency combined with silver needle,in non-combined group,only methylene blue lumbar intervertebral disc injection and target radiofrequency were used.The clinical efficacy was evaluated by pain visual analogue scale(VAS),and Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI)at preoperation and 1 week,3 months and 12 months postoperatively.Results The total effective rate was 96%(24/25 cases)in combined group,which was higher than that in non-combined group 84%(21/25 cases)(P<0.05).Compared with noncombined group,the VAS and ODI were significantly decreased in combined group at 1 week,3 months and 12 months postoperatively(P<0.05).Conclusion Methylene blue lumbar intervertebral disc injection and target radiofrequency combined with silver needle therapy can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of discogenic low back pain.
