摘要
目的:探讨人文关怀对门诊输液室护患纠纷影响。方法正确评估患者的心理需求及患者输液部位静脉情况,同时给予患者及家属安慰,做好相关的健康宣教,提高穿刺成功率,减轻患者痛苦,减少纠纷的发生。结果2012年7月~2013年7月我科因服务态度引起的纠纷为0,患者满意度提高,收到了良好的效果。结论在工作中给予患者更多的人文关怀,以人为本,耐心细致的解释工作对减少护患纠纷有重要的意义。建立良好的护患关系,可以有效地减少了输液过程中护患纠纷的发生,提高门诊护理的满意度。
Objective:To explore the humanistic care to outpatient transfusion room nurse patient disputes ef ect.Methods:Patients with psychological needs and infusion site vein correct assessment of the patient,while giving the patients and their families to comfort,do the health education,improve the success rate of puncture,to al eviate the suf ering of patients,reduce the incidence of disputes.Results from July to 2013 July:2012 years because of disputes 0 service at itude,patient satisfaction increased,has received the good ef ect.Conclusion:given the humanities concern,more patients in the work of the people-oriented,explain the patient and meticulous work to reduce nurse patient disputes have important significance.Establishing good nurse patient relationship,can ef ectively reduce the occurrence of nurse patient disputes in the process of transfusion,improve nursing satisfaction.
