摘要
目的:探讨华蟾素联合顺铂胸腔内注射治疗癌性胸水的疗效。方法将50例癌性胸水患者随机分为两组,试验组25例抽取胸水后胸腔内灌注华蟾素20mL和顺铂20mg,连续3d给药,1次/2w,连续4w。对照组25例采用单药同剂量顺铂胸腔内灌注。结果试验组25例癌性胸水患者治疗有效率86.4%;试验组治疗恶性胸腹水总有效率81.8%,KPS评分提高21例,稳定10例,降低2例。对照组25例恶性胸水患者的有效率为52.4%;对照组治疗癌性胸水总有效率为48.5%,KPS评分提高9例,稳定12例,降低12例。2组疗效比较,试验组优于对照组(P<0.05),毒性反应更小(P<0.05)。结论华蟾素联合顺铂胸腔内注药治疗癌性胸水副作用小,疗效满意,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To observe the efect of intrapeficardial infusion of Huachansu and cisplatin in the treatment of the malignant pleural efusion.Methods:50 patients with malignant pleural ef usion were randomly divided into 2 groups,25 cases of test group frompleural ef usion after intrapleural instil ation of Huachansu injection 20 mL and cisplatin 20 mg,administered for 3 consecutive days,1 times every 2 weeks,for 4-8 weeks.The control group of 25 patients using single drug dose cisplatin intrapleural perfusion.Results:in the experimental group,25cases of patients with malignant pleural ef usion treatmentef ective rate was 86.4%in treatment of malignant pleural ef usion and ascites;experimental group,the total ef iciency of 81.8%,KPS score improved in 21 cases,10 cases of stable,lower in 2 cases.A control group of 25 cases of malignant pleural ef usion in patients with ef iciency of 52.4%;control group in treatment of malignant pleural ef usion and ascites total ef iciency is 48.5%,the KPS score improved in 9 cases,12 cases of stable,lower in 12 cases.To compare the ef ects of 2 groups,the test group was bet er than control group(P<0.05),less toxic side ef ects(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huachansu and cisplatin intrapleuralinjection for the treatment of malignant pleural ef usion,the side ef ect is smal,curative ef ect satisfaction,worthy of clinical application.
