参芎滴丸对MCAO大鼠EBA的研究

摘要 目的探讨参芎滴丸对MCAO大鼠EBA的影响。方法线栓法制备MCAO模型,在MCAO造模前7d连续灌胃参芎滴丸预处理及在MCAO造模后连续灌胃参芎滴丸3d,观察神经缺损评分,免疫组化法检测EBA的表达。结果与MCAO组比较,参芎滴丸预处理可提高EBA的表达(<0.05);参芎滴丸MCAO后给药对EBA的表达有一定提高,但未见统计学差异(跃0.05)。结论参芎滴丸可以减轻神经缺损症状,可能与调高EBA表达有关。
