摘要
通过对特殊病例的分析来拓展医疗工作者的诊疗思维,运用事物的发展规律、部分与整体及物质普遍联系的哲理去推敲一个个体连续发生多器官恶性肿瘤的现象,它们彼此之间是否有一定联系或因果关系。通过了解患者病史、临床表现、诊疗经过、医学影像表现和手术病理结果进行分析。一个个体可以发生多器官恶性肿瘤,相互之间可以存在潜在联系。
Through the analysis of specific cases to expand medical workers thought of diagnosis and treatment,the law of development,the part and the whole material things and universal relation philosophy to weigh an individual continuous multiple organ cancer phenomenon,whether there is any association or causal relationship between them.By understanding the patient history,clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment after operation,medical image and pathological results were analyzed.Results:an individual can occur multiple organ malignant tumor,there may be potential links between.
