摘要
中共中央制止'陕北肃反'释放刘志丹的具体时间长期存在不同说法.一种观点指出,1935年11月7日中共中央机关抵达瓦窑堡时立即释放了刘志丹.另一种观点认为,1935年12月13日毛泽东抵达瓦窑堡后才释放了刘志丹.上述两种说法都缺乏坚实历史依据难以成立.其他一些说法也需进一步考证.中共中央在下寺湾即指派王首道等赶赴瓦窑堡接管陕甘晋省委保卫机关制止'陕北肃反'继续蔓延,抵达瓦窑堡后成立以董必武为首的五人小组审查肃反问题.在张闻天领导下,经过五人小组工作,推翻了原中共陕甘晋省委政治保卫局戴季英等以逼供信方式加在刘志丹等身上的各项'罪状',并大致于1935年11月18日至20日之间释放了刘志丹等被关押在瓦窑堡的肃反受难幸存者.
There have been disagreements over the exact time for Liu Zhidan’s release by the Party Central Committee amid the insiders,survivors of the movement as well as the relevant academic works.Some hold that Liu was set free on November 7th of 1935 upon the arrival of the Central Committee at Wayaobu.Others maintain that Mao set Liu free when he was briefed on the situation about the movement upon his arrival at Wayaobu on December 13th of 1935.However,both statements prove untenable as far as the existing historical evidence and literature are concerned.There are other views which,however,either lack a definite time or obviously disagree with historical facts.Therefore,further research is needed.During its station in Xia Siwan,the Party Central Committee first sent Wang Shoudao and other leaders to Wayaobu to take over the leadership of the Political Security Bureau for Shaanxi-Gansu-Shanxi Provincial Party Committee and stop the exacerbating situation there,to ensure the safety of Liu Zhidan and the others arrested.The Central Committee set to address the issues upon their arrival at Wayaobu.A five-member leading group headed by Dong Biwu was set up to examine and redress the cases.Under the leadership of Zhang Wentian,the group worked actively,overruled the“counts of crime”imposed on Liu and others by Dai Jiying and other former leaders of the Political Security Bureau through forced means,and set Liu Zhidan and the other survivors free roughly between November 18th to 20th of 1935.
