摘要
目的:探讨肺复康方对Lewis肺癌小鼠癌因性疲乏和血清中白介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平的影响.方法:60只雌雄各半SPF级C57小鼠,随机分为模型组、肺复康方高、中、低剂量组和顺铂组、空白组.除空白组外,其他组给予Lewis肿瘤皮下移植造模后分别予以相应药物灌胃治疗14d,模型组以等量生理盐水灌胃.测定小鼠体质量,通过敞箱实验和悬尾不动实验检测小鼠行为学变化,用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测小鼠血清中IL-6、IL-1β和TNF-α的水平.结果:肺复康方能改善小鼠的行为学指标,包括水平和垂直活动较模型组活动次数增多以及悬尾不动时间与模型组的比较时间缩短,肺复康方能升高血清IL-6水平、降低血清IL-1β和TNF-α水平.结论:肺复康方能显著改善Lewis肺癌小鼠的行为学变化,其作用可能与通过提高IL-6水平抑制IL-1β和TNF-α水平,从而缓解疲乏有关.
Objective To investigate the effects of Feifukang recipe on carcinogenic fatigue,serum interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α)levels in Lewis lung cancer mice.Methods Sixty half-SPF C57 mice,male and female,were randomly divided into six groups:model group,high dose group,middle dose group,low dose group and cisplatin group,blank group.In addition to the blank group,the other groups were given Lewis tumor subcutaneous transplantation and treated with the corresponding drugs for 14 days,and the model group was given the same amount of normal saline.The body weight of mice was measured,the behavioral changes of mice were detected by open box test and suspension immobility test,and the levels of IL-6,IL-1βand TNF-αin serum of mice were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(Elisa).Results Fei Fukang recipe could improve the behavioral indexes of mice,including horizontal and vertical activity increased compared with model group,and the time of tail suspension immobility was shorter than that of model group,and Fei Fukang recipe could increase serum IL-6 level.The serum levels of IL-1βand TNF-αwere decreased.Conclusion Fei Fukang recipe can significantly improve the behavioral changes of Lewis lung cancer mice,and its effect may be related to the inhibition of IL-1βand TNF-αlevels by increasing IL-6 level,thereby relieving fatigue.
