Objective To explore the clinical effect of TACE combined with percutaneous radiofrequency ablation(RFA)in the treatment of primary liver cancer.Method To choose between December 2015 and December 2016 in this unit were(primary liver cancer)of 114 cases of patients as observation object, using digital table method random single blind into all the observation object:57 cases were simple application of the hepatic artery chemoembolization with conventional therapy, observation group 57 routine sequential combined with conventional percutaneous radiofrequency ablation(RFA)therapy. All patients were followed up for 2 years after surgery, and the short-term efficacy, survival rate and the decrease of alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results the tumor complete response rate was 12.28%,partial response rate was 66.66%and stability rate was 17.54%in the observation group, which were significantly higher than the control group. The 1-year and 2-year survival rates of the observation group were 81.80%and 68.42%,respectively,and the 1-year and 2-year survival rates of the control group were 75.43%and 50.87%,respectively.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion TACE combined with RFA can effectively control the growth of tumor and prolong the survival of patients.
